Symptom
A connection to the Storage Platform from the Console fails with the error "Something went wrong while communicating with your identity provider. Please contact your administrator."
Cause
This happens because your client secret for the Redstor Control Centre has expired. You will see notifications of this in the Microsoft Azure portal.
Solution
To resolve the problem. you need to create a new client secret in the Azure portal by going to Certificates & Secrets > Client Secrets > New Client Secret.
You can then log a support ticket with us, including the new value in the ticket so that we can update it on our side. The value will be about 30 characters long and will include letters, numbers and symbols.
Once we have confirmed that your client secret has been updated, you should be able to connect to the Platform again.
