Our ticketing system software vendor has informed us that they will be disabling the ability to sign in using Microsoft authentication with an Azure Active Directory account on 18 May 2023 at 16:00 UTC.

Users who have previously signed in with Microsoft single sign will need to change their profile authentication method on their next sign in.  To do this, use the new account creation flow via the ‘Sign-up’ button at the login screen. Note: This new profile may be created using the same email address as was used previously.

Please click here for a guide on how to sign up.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience that this might cause, but please understand that this situation is beyond our control. Should you have any questions, or require any further assistance, then please feel free to contact Redstor Technical Support.
