Description: Update 20:43 UTC: RedApp is now available again.
Update 16:29 UTC: As of 15:45 UTC our team discovered that RedApp returning 504 or other unavailable messages. After investigation we have confirmed they are related to the Azure issue mentioned on their availability tracker here: https://azure.status.microsoft/en-gb/status. Currently all backups are proceeding as normal according to internal monitoring. Redstor telephone lines are working based on last test but we have seen reports of issues on some call systems.
Initial post: RedApp is currently unavailable and may be giving 504 error. Investigations are currently underway.
