Group Limit The Group's storage limit.
Max Accounts The maximum number of Accounts the Group may contain.
Roll-ups The number of roll-ups that are available to restore from.
Expiry Date The expiry date for the Group's Group Certificate.

Account columns

The following columns relating to accounts are available.

Account NameThe name of the Account.
SizeThe storage space allocated to the Account.
Data Protected (last backup)The amount (in GB) of protected data from the most recently completed backup before compression, patching, and account-level deduplication, i.e. the sum of the uncompressed sizes of all files in the last restore point.
Data Protected (all backups)The amount (in GB) of protected data from all currently completed backups before compression, patching, and account-level deduplication, i.e. the sum of the uncompressed sizes of all files in all backups. If there are multiple copies of the same file, they will all contribute to the final size. If a file is patched, the resulting uncompressed file size is used.
Restorable DataThe total data restored when restoring a full, uncompressed copy of each backup.
Saving %The saving as a percentage of Data Protected (all backups), i.e. Saving / Data Protected (all backups) * 100.
On DiskThe approximate amount of disk space (in GB) taken up on a StorageServer by all backups after compression, patching, and account-level deduplication. This amount is based on the values in the data index.
Account UsageThe percentage of the Account?s space that is in use.
Backups & Roll-upsThe number of backups and roll-ups that are available to restore from.
Last BackupThe date and time at which the last backup started.
Create DateThe date on which the Account was created.
ActiveThe Account's status (Active or Disabled).
OverlimitThe amount of data that the Agent attempted to back up. If the amount of data is within the allowed overspill, the backup will be successful; otherwise it will fail. For more on overspill allowance, see Article 1483.
StorageServerThe IP address of the StorageServer to which the Account backs up.
Client VersionThe version of the Agent associated with the Account.
Plug-ins & FeaturesThe plug-ins and features installed on the Agent. Depending on the settings, the plug-ins will either appear as a list with each plug-in on a separate line, or in a drop-down list on a single line. If the column contains "...", select the Account and then click the Plugins column to view the drop-down list.
Last Backup StatusStatus of the last backup.
RegisteredWhether or not the Account is part of a Registered or Evaluation (trial) Group.
Last IPLast IP address used by the Account.
Protected FilesTotal number of files protected by all backups.
Data SelectedThe total amount (in GB) of data selected for backup at client level.
Files SelectedTotal number of files selected for backup.

Mirror EnabledWhether or not mirroring is enabled for the Account.
OSThe Operating System on which the Account is running.
Java VersionThe Java version on which the Account is running.
BrandThe brand associated with the Account.

StorageServer IP OverrideIf true, the Account is temporarily being directed to a different StorageServer, the IP of which is shown in the StorageServer column.
On Disk FootprintThe actual size of the account's backup data on the StorageServer at a specific point in time. If CalculateOnDiskFootprint is enabled on the StorageServer, the footprint will be calculated after any task that amends the data (Backup, Archive, IntegrityCheck, etc.). If AutomatedDataVerification is enabled, the StorageServer will perform a check after midnight every day to determine whether the footprint needs to be calculated.
ArchivedWhether or not the Account has been archived.
Archived FilesTotal number of archived files in the Account.
Last ArchiveThe date and time at which the last archive started.
Last Search DateThe date and time at which the last search completed.

Home Telephone (custom only)(example of a custom column added during deployment)

Note: A custom column will not show up in a group's list unless the column is added to a new Agent during deployment, and that Agent then connects to the group. Examples of custom columns are included in the list above.
