Description: Redstor Support’s Experience Cloud will provide a unified interface for partners and customers to manage their support interaction seamlessly, replacing our old ticketing portal for signed-in users.
Through the new dashboard, users will have full visibility of their support cases, including status updates, case history, and related details.
Scope: Our Experience Cloud will be rolled out in two phases:
Phase 1 (starting 18 March):
As a partner/customer, you will need to request log-in credentials to access our Experience Cloud portal. To do this, simply submit a ticket requesting access. Once your access has been authorised, you can log in and enjoy a smoother support journey.
Until the end of Phase 1, support cases can still be logged via:
- Our Support Portal
- RIA (Redstor Instant Assistance), our AI assistant in the RedApp (follow these steps)
Phase 2 (date to be confirmed):
From the start of Phase 2, support cases can only be logged from our Experience Cloud portal by signed-in users.
You will still be able to request log-in credentials for the portal during Phase 2 if you have not yet done so. However, you will no longer be able to log support cases without these credentials.
