Symptom
On the Storage Platform Console, the Profiling functionality allows you to expand an exclusion or inclusion rule to all profiles by using %USERPROFILE%.
However, if the Profiling functionality is used with ESE Agents older than v18.8, one of the following (or similar) errors is presented:
INFO : 14:12:02 Gathering files on %userprofile%ERROR : 14:12:02 Skipping: %userprofile% (Offline)
Workaround
Upgrade your Agent to the latest version.
Note: Support for the %USERPROFILE% functionality for Agents older than v18.8 will be available in an upcoming version of the Storage Platform.
