To remove a mirrored Account, you can either manually delete its folders or run a DeleteMirroredAccounts task on the MirrorServer. To do the latter:
- Determine the GUID of the StorageServer from which the Account was mirrored:
- Browse to the settings.txt file of one of the mirrored Accounts on the MirrorServer and look for the entry HomeServerGuid.
- Alternatively, browse to the StorageServer's settings.xml file, e.g. C:\ProgramData\Redstor Backup Pro\SS_Service, and look for the entry ServerGuid.
- Create a text file with the extension .DeleteMirroredAccounts, e.g. test.DeleteMirroredAccounts.
- Add into the text file
ServerGUID={the StorageServer GUID}
, where the GUID is the one retrieved in Step 1. - Save the file and drop it into the TaskQueue folder on the MirrorServer, e.g. C:\ProgramData\Redstor Backup Pro\SS_Service\TaskQueue.
