562 - Enabling an ESE account without importing a snapshot

If, for some reason, a backup snapshot from an ESE agent cannot be imported on the Storage Platform, the disabled account can be enabled manually as a workaround.

To enable the account:

  1. Open the Storage Platform Console.
  2. In the Account Management view, nagivate to the relevant account.
  3. Right-click the account name and click Disable.
  4. Right-click the account name again and click Enable.

The account will be enabled.
