1565 - I can't access the RedApp with my user account

If you are having trouble accessing the RedApp with a valid user account, the options below will assist you in resolving the problem.

 

I need to reset my two-factor authentication

See Article 1484 - I can't sign up/sign in to the RedApp.

 

I need to reset my password

If you make use of email login and you have forgotten your password, go to the login page for the RedApp. Click on the email option and then on Forgot password?.

Enter the email address you use to log in.

You will receive a password reset email at that address. If you do not receive the password reset email, please contact our support team.

 

I cannot use my single sign-on provider

Please reach out to our support team so that we can assist.
