1203 - ESE: Error "Could not determine StorageServer from AccountServer"

Symptom

On atttempting to create an account using the ESE Agent, the following error is presented: "Could not determine StorageServer from AccountServer".

Note: If you are also seeing the warning "Could not retrieve account settings", consult Article 1562.

Solution

Install the appropriate version of Microsoft .NET Framework on the StorageServer where the error originated (i.e. on the machine where the newly created account is stored) using either the full installer or the web installer.
