1095 - How to initiate a remote support session

If a Redstor technical consultant invites you to a remote support session, do the following:

  1. Download and run the Redstor Quick Support TeamViewer agent:
    Quick Support (auto-detect OS): https://get.teamviewer.com/redstor

  2. Give your consultant your remote ID via your open ticket.

If you encounter any problems or have questions, contact your consultant via your open ticket.
