To address a service-impacting issue causing some SharePoint backups to fail, an out-of-schedule upgrade to our Storage and Mirror Servers will take place today.
This maintenance also applies to customer-hosted Storage and Mirror Servers. Services will restart during the upgrade. Any clients with active sessions will automatically reconnect following the restart.
If you have any concerns or questions, please contact Support through the usual channels.
Scope: Upgrade of Storage and Mirror Servers, including customer-hosted servers
Window: 17 September 2026, 11:00 to 13:00 (UTC)
Expected impact: A brief interruption while services restart; active client sessions will automatically reconnect.
