Full System Recovery (FSR) – Windows Restore Issue

Modified on Wed, 9 Sep at 8:56 PM

We are aware of an issue affecting some Full System Recovery (FSR) restores on certain Windows systems following recent Microsoft Windows updates.

The issue relates to an underlying third-party component used during the FSR process. A recent Windows update has introduced additional file-system validation that can expose this issue in certain restore scenarios.

This does not affect all Full System Recovery restores, and we currently believe only a limited number of restored systems will experience problems.

Our Engineering team has identified the issue and is actively working on a resolution.

If you are experiencing an issue with a Full System Recovery, please contact Support so we can review your restore and provide the appropriate guidance.

We will provide further updates as they become available.
