Status: Improvement

Description:  As part of our ongoing efforts to streamline your experience, we will be doing away with the submission of support tickets via our Support Portal on 26 November 2024.

Following this date, the only way to submit a support ticket will be through RIA (Redstor Instant Assistance), our AI assistant in the RedApp. Please see the following guide for steps on how to raise a ticket.

https://support.redstor.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360014562457-110-How-to-log-a-support-ticket

To use the RedApp, you will need a user account, which is not the same as your user on the Storage Platform Console. You will not be able to submit any support tickets after 26 November 2024 unless you have a user on the RedApp.

Customers who do not yet have a RedApp user account will soon receive an invite from us containing a link to the sign-up page. If you need help signing up, you can then follow this guide from Step 3 onwards.

Users without a RedApp account after 26 November 2024 will need to raise an access request in order to log in. This is done via a web form which will replace the current ticket form. Product support will not be given via this channel.

Scope:  All customers

Status:  Completed
