Description: Traffic routing issues from Redstor's UK datacentres to Azure UK South region are impacting response times and availability for Account Server addresses in Redstor's UK datacentres.
Scope: Console users may experience issues logging in to the Platform, and legacy SE/DL accounts may also experience issues authenticating prior to backing up.
Users / client machines who resolve the sp.pro.redstor.com address to an address in the range 91.224.152.0/24 or 91.224.153.0/24 may be affected if they have network restrictions in place to only allow these regions.
This is against recommended practice as per the network requirements KB article: Redstor Network Requirements
