1262 - SharePoint site names differ between RedApp and Storage Platform

Symptom

The names of a customer's SharePoint sites as they appear on the RedApp are different from the equivalent Accounts' names on the Storage Platform.

Solution

This occurs because on the RedApp,

• we show the SharePoint site’s display name and
• this name can be changed by an administrator

whereas on the Storage Platform, 

• we show the site name and
• this cannot be changed.
