1504 - RedApp: M365 All Services

The All Services page in the RedApp offers our partners and their customers a comprehensive view of their protected Microsoft 365 seats (Exchange and OneDrive). For more on seat management, see Article 1437.


Note: All Services is only available to customers on the new pricing plan. If you are still on the legacy pricing plan, please speak to your account manager about upgrading.


The All Services page can be accessed from the sidebar, just below the Overview, in your Microsoft 365 space.

This page provides useful information at a glance, such as total active and inactive seats and shared mailboxes, backup status, and fair usage for Exchange and OneDrive. The All Services page is updated once a day at 05:00 UTC.

A list of unique protected seats is provided on the All Services page. The list can be filtered by service, seat type, last backup date, or amount of data protected.

You can also use the search field to search for a specific user.

If the users in the All Services list are not consistent with the organisation's Entra ID users, this may be because a user was renamed after the last successful backup ran. Please reach out to our support team for assistance.


To delete inactive seats, select one or more seats and click Remove at the bottom of the page. Read more about account deletion in Article 1384.
