Between 10:26 and 10:49 UTC on Wednesday 6 August 2025, some users reported being unable to log into the RedApp. After entering their 2FA code, they were not directed to the RedApp as expected. The issue has now been resolved.
Our team is currently investigating the cause of the issue, and further information will be posted here as it becomes available.
